This is my little homage to Springtime, bees, and (hopefully) a warming trend that will last! We got snow here in Missouri on Friday. Really! I was scurrying around trying to find suitable clothing for the cold weather on the weekend, as I had already switched out my clothes for Spring. Luckily, today was warm and sunny and this dress that I got from Donna's Dress Shop last week was just waiting to be worn. It was still chilly enough that I needed tights and a sweater, but I'm thankful for the sunshine.
Speaking of pollen, everything is covered in it right now. The hood of my car was greenish-yellow with it this morning. I love yellow, and I am enjoying the pattern-mixing that is popular right now. As far as I can tell, if you keep things in the same color family and vary the scale of your patterns, it looks very put together instead of clashing. This outfit just cheers me up!
{Dress: Vintage "Kansas" dress from Donna's Dress Shop} {Cardigan: H&M} {Tights and Sunnies: Target}
{Shoes: Shoedazzle} {Bag: Vintage/Thrifted} {Belt: Kohls} {Hair Flower: Styles By M} {Earrings: Funky Relics}
Ohhhhh I love your bag. And actually the whole ensemble! PERRRFECT pattern mixing and your yellows coordinate wonderfully!!!!!!!
